Yes. All accommodations are double occupancy. The Concierge will contact you to confirm room arrangements.
Yes, all events are Premium Open Bar with beer, gin, whisky, vodka, energy drinks, soft drinks, and water.
Yes. The event takes place in an APA (Environmental Protection Area) and follows preservation rules, which prohibit the use of coverings.
Wristbands will be available at our Concierge area. Closer to the event, we will announce the exact location, date, and time for wristband pickup.
Yes. You can transfer your ticket to the app of the person picking it up for you. However, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise, okay?
Yes! Closer to the event, we will be selling individual tickets.
Requests for refunds/cancellations under the right of withdrawal must be made within 7 (seven) days of purchase, as long as they are submitted at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the event.
For right of withdrawal refunds, Ingresse’s service fee and processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For cancellations made less than 60 (sixty) days but more than 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date, a 50% (fifty percent) fee of the total reservation will be charged.
For cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or less before the check-in date, a 75% (seventy-five percent) fee of the total reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full reservation amount may be charged.
The event may be filmed, recorded (with a drone), or photographed at the discretion of the producer/promoter for later publication, transmission, retransmission, reproduction, or dissemination on TV, cinema, radio, internet, advertising, or any other media, including the production of an Aftermovie for this and future editions of the event. By attending the event, you agree, authorize, and grant free use of your image as mentioned here, without limitation, without constituting misuse of image or any other violation of rights, and without any cost or compensation resulting from this use.
